brother printer is not able to find my pc

my computer using windows 10 can send document to print them, but my brother printer is not able to find my pc so I can scan documents to be send to my pc, why.

What is the model number of the printer?

What is the make and model number of the PC?

How is the PC connected to the printer, by cable (Ethernet? USB?) or by WiFi?
