Touch screen doesn't work, any help?

The touch screen & touch home button doesn’t do anything. My watched was sadly unpaired from my now long gone old phone, and if you try to pair it in Huawei Health, you can not even start setup. You can’t claim that the cnnection is you, so can anyone help?
