After changing the topcover the fans stopped working

Hi, I hope hope someone can help me.

After changing the topcover of my MacBook Pro 13 inch 2017 both fans stopped working. they just dont spin. the software TG Pro report that the system has turned off the fans.

What could be the rootcuase of this problem?
