Replaced screen and touch not working after set up

There are two possible reasons. First, you have incorrectly inserted the screen connector responsible for the touch function. Turn off the phone, disconnect the battery, unplug and plug in the touch connector again. After being turned on, the phone should respond normally. Be sure to check the operation of all buttons, including Touch.ID. Another possibility, the replacement screens sometimes stop working for no apparent reason. Delicate and non genuine electronics in Chinese screens, sometimes incompatible in the cheaper ones, is the cause of many problems. Starting from the touch, through hanging the whole ios, up to complete darkness. Check the screen if you have the option. Maybe go to a repair shop to have them check there. In case of problems, return the screen to your dealer or request repair.
