I have the troybilt super bronco riding mower. It will crank but now start. If I spray cleaner in it it starts for a second and stops unless I continue to spray. This makes me think it’s the engine not getting fuel.
the tank has no clogs or kinks in the tubes. The solenoid needle going up and down just fine the carburator is new but sat for like 4 months and I sprayed carb cleaner. Still will not turn over.

Check your fuel filter. Then check the fuel pump. If those are good then you may have to break down the carb and do a good thorough cleaning. This includes spraying carb cleaner through all the ports in it, and verifying everything is clean. But since it only sat a few months I'm thinking fuel filter or pump is more likely.

So fuel is going straight through to the carb but does not start until I spray. And the carb is new other then sitting for 4 or so months plus I’ve sprayed the !&&* out of it.
So you've confirmed you are getting the proper amount of fuel? If the pump is weak or the filter clogged you might still get some, but not enough
if you have confirmed you have proper fuel flow, then look at spark. Is your plug still good? Gapped correctly? Wrong gap can still ignite the spray but won't work right for gas. Check for proper airflow as well.
