Canon Ivy Cliq will not power on

I have two Canon Ivy Cliqs, and neither of them show that they are charging, nor will it power on. I’ve tried different cables, different chargers, and plugged it directly into my PC. I’ve Googled, but the only answers I’ve found so far, is “I’ve got the same problem,” or “I don’t have that problem.” Any help would be greatly appreciated. Even if you can link me disassembly instructions, I would be grateful.
