Problem with the input and volume

I have Panasonic TH-L42U30R I can’t change the Input the TV still in HDMI2 and I can’t change the volume from my remote or from the tv the remote turn on and off the tv and the tv work perfect put the command didn’t work what I can do.

You could try to force the device to do a cold reboot by unplugging it from the power, waiting 10 seconds and then plugging it in again. I had to do it on my Sony KDL when it got stuck.

I unplugged the devise from the power and plugged it again the problem persist.
