Why won't my PS4 turn on?

So, I turned on my PS4, i got to the screen where it tells you to press the home button to pick an acc, I did not do that and took out the disk using the button of course, swapped it out then turned the PS4 off for later, yet no lights appeared and now it won’t turn on.
