When I updated my phone, it was going normal and it started to restore (my phone is synced with my brothers) and right before my itunes started restoring my music, he bought an app so my iphone automatically stopped restoring my music and start downloading his app and now i can't sync my music or re-restore. What should i do to fix this problem?

If you want to Restore the iPhone Firmware with iTunes. Then with iTunes open connect your iPhone with USB Cable to the computer. Then hold both the Home and Power Buttons until the iTunes recognizes the iPhone in Recovery Mode. Usually about 20-30 seconds time. Then Restore the Firmware.

You can stop the restore and restart it again. Close your brother's bought app before restoring. Be careful your data, don't lose it. If lost data, you can try to restore it from iTunes or recover it using an iPhone data recovery.
