Hello,
I’ve owned my lenovo tab M10 FHD plus tablet for only 2 weeks, and my tablet keeps shutting off mid use.
I would turn it on and literally 30 seconds later it shuts off again (Not always but most of the time, At the moment I am trying to read a simple PDF and it won’t allow me), My screen timeout is set for 10 minutes so its not that, I have set almost all my apps on a background restriction.
help, please.

Hi,
Try the following and check if the problem is resolved:
i). Wipe the cache partition and check if it works OK.
ii). Start the tablet in safe mode and check if it works OK.
If it works OK when in safe mode, then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one it is. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the tablet in normal mode between each uninstall to see if it works OK. When it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed in the tablet and was not already pre-installed when you got it.

I have a lenovo m10 plus 3rd gen. I bought the proper case for it. My question is when I open the cover the screen automatically turns on and when I close the cover the screen shuts down. Is this normal ?

I think this could be to do with your settings. Your settings may be set to the tablet awakening and the screen coming on when you lift your tablet and screensaver songs..Go into settings via the cogwheel icon and into settings and look for something like screensaver. Good luck, hope this advice proves useful.

I have a question I bought a cover for my lenovo m10 plus 3rd gen tablet. It's the correct cover for this. When I close cover screen turns off and when I open cover it automatically turns on is this normal ?

I have a similar problem. It turn on but it turns off before the start up animation. My tablet is a Lenovo M10 tb-x306f help me quickly

To solve this problem, I returned my Tablet back to where I bought it. They did a hard drive reset on it and it never trouble me again.
