Analog stick oversensitivity issue (not stick drift)

So basically if I move the left analogue stick fully to the left, it thinks that I am moving it slightly to the right. The same issue is not present in the other direction, or in any other axis.

Anyone knows a software I can use to compensate for this instead of tearing the hardware apart?
