Why does my iPod touch 4 charge itself?
My iPod Charges without a charger it can’t go below 20 percent and i’m just worried about the battery so if anyone knows what to do please tell me!!

It sounds like you have a bad battery and the percent it shows is false. As you know, the battery cannot recharge without the charger connected. I would suggest to buy a new battery, that might fix this issue.
