1 My phone won't turn on or hold a charge?
have an LG q7 plus that has a non removable battery. I had it on the charger and I took it off and set it on the counter. It was like 63% charged. I went to get it and turn it back on and it wouldn't turn on and won't charge. I tried to soft/hard reset and nothing worked . How can I fix this? I even tried doctor fone or whatever that recover thing is but it only does galaxy phones. I can't do the debugging on the phone because it will not turn back on. What can I do to fix it or is it just done for?

Just verifying that it won’t respond at all when trying a master reset with hardware keys and with the charger connected, is this correct?

My phone will not turn on at all no matter what I do so yes that is correct

Also when I do plug in my phone on the charger it gets warm...what could that mean @jayeff

@jayeff also the screen stays black and the led light doesn't turn on
