iPad Pro 10.5 No power issue.

I have an iPad Pro 10.5 that is displaying no power symptoms. After an initial visual inspection of the device after receiving it from the previous owner in the same state, i found the LCD FPC connector (board) and the LCD flex connector (screen) damaged (various pins bent and small part of the connectors showed signs of force damage). After replacing both connectors i moved onto diagnosing the no power issue.

With the board back in the iPad and battery fitted i used a usb voltmeter and plugged this into the lightening port on the iPad and no charging Amps reading was shown. v-5.10v A-0.00.

I then turned my attention to the Charging port. With the board removed i connected the charging cable into the lightening port and used a multimeter to check i was getting voltage through the port, which i was. 5v.

Next was my return to the battery. I removed the old battery and installed a replacement to see if the old battery being completely dead was the issue. After fitment of the new battery the problem still exists, no draw of charging amps at all.

I then moved on to the Tristar and PMIC. With the board still removed and the charging cable still plugged in, i checked with a multimeter the various components surrounding the tristar and found that i was getting 5v and 3v readings which assume is correct.

After checking various components around the PMIC i was a getting 3v reading on almost all the components i checked. At this point Ive pretty much hit a brick wall as to what my next steps should be without a board view diagram and was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what my next steps should be..

any help would be much appreciated.
