There are a few different ways you can do this.
The first option is to use BootCamp Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant Here you can toggle between them.
If you want to have them separate then you will need to follow this Here’s how I installed Windows 10 on my MacBook without Bootcamp. Using this method you can’t toggle only switch Restart your Mac in macOS or Windows
