Roomba 890 is connected via wifi, charging, but won’t run.

So I have a Roomba 890, had one of those poop smear episodes and gave it a good cleaning out. It did get a little wet. Replaced the rollers and brush as well as the battery and did a factory reset and reset it in the app. The wifi is connected, the battery is charged and green, there’s no error codes, but when I hit clean it doesn’t start and it won’t start from the app. The roomba responds with the locator ping, it otherwise seems fine, but it just won’t run.
