Lost passcode with Old iOS 10.2.1 on it

I have a small issue here. So i have a iphone 6s with iOS 10.2.1 on it. It is attached to my icloud account and i know my icloud account information. Small problem is that i forgot my passcode. I don’t remember what it could be. I turned off icloud back up for photos and i have some very special pictures i need so wiping it is not a option. I was wondering if their is a way so i can get through and get my photos. Anyone have any ideas?
