Help LE code and charged all the parts still not working

41072 kenmore Elite washer LE code changed rotor sensor and control board and position sensor and OEM shock absorber can spin the drum with no noise but when we spin the Sensor rotor it makes a grinding noise and it the same noise with the new part won’t run then flashes LE
