Samsung Warentee won't register model not valid

If you can’t register the device successfully online, contact Samsung as per the user guide and tell them that you can’t register the device and ask if they can do it for you.

Also make sure that you retain the original purchase receipts for the tablet as these will be accepted by Samsung as proof of purchase and date of purchase and the warranty will be still valid for the period of the warranty. If extended warranty was offered with the purchase and you wanted it, contact Samsung and get it in writing.

Make a photocopy of the sales payment receipt in case thermal paper was used for the receipt and it fades and cannot be read anymore.
