MacBook Pro 2015 wont turn on despite charging

My Macbook Pro early 2015 wont turn on. When pressing the power button it says it’s charging, while the magsafe at the same time is orange. I managed to get it on by pressing the power button 10 seconds, then plugging the charger in and wait 10 seconds, then releasing the power button. The fan is at this point going crazy but the computer is working. I went to system diagnostics and to «Power». It did not recognize any battery.

Although I have the suspicion of a faulty battery being the issue, I don’t get the charging message on the computer while the battery is disconnected. This means that the computer in some way detects a battery…

Please can anybody help or come with suggestions
