I have just purchased a new complete Screen Display assembly. However when it came to aligning the mounting brackets I noticed that the new screen had brackets aligned parallel with the screen instead of perpendicular and are in fixed position. The supplier informed me that a special tool was required to rotate or align, so I would be delighted if you could help. Many Thanks and have a Merry Christmas - gillfoto.

Special tool ??
I just use a pair of parallel jaw pliers to carefully grasp the flat surface and twist it around so it mates up with the uppercase.
You could make a tool of of some steel stock that is slotted so you don’t risk hitting the display with the pliers

Thanks for your answer. I had a feeling supplier was 'blowing smoke', your suggestion is reassuring if not fraught with anxiety due proximity of screen.
Make the tool if you are worried ;-}
A 1/2" steel rod which has a notched at the end so it slips over the end enough to grab it.
