New PC build, no beep, no display, fans spin.

Im fairly new to building PCs but I have been watching countless videos on youtube to help me begin.

First of all, after building the PC, I hooked it up to a monitor and started it up.

It powers on with lights from my GPU, AIO, and MOBO, after a second, the aio cooler flickers a few times and fans go full speed. The gpu fans eventually stop and the aio cooler no longer has lights. I have tried everything, reseating RAM, cables, removing GPU/other non boot essential components. I have gotten to the point where its just the RAM, CPU, MOBO and PSU connected and it still has the same issue. I have also tried using a different psu and it continues to have that problem.

I have seen countless guides and forum posts saying that its the CPU or MOBO thats the issue but I do not have a spare of either to replace/test.

I am suspecting that the mobo is the problem because of shipping damages, the box was a bit rough and the plastic encasing the mobo had holes due to the pcb solder joints.

Please help me identify the problem :)

Hi

What are the specs of the build i.e. make and model number of the motherboard, CPU, RAM, GPU and PSU.

Have you verified that the motherboard supports the CPU and the RAM by checking the motherboard makers support website?

Does the CPU have an integrated GPU since it doesn't seem to pass POST with a GPU card either

Is the PSU sufficient for the minimum requirements of the GPU as per the GPU makers recommendations e.g. does the GPU need a separate power feed?

You say "no beeps" but have you got a system speaker connected to the motherboard?

Make sure both plugs are fully seated and properly matched with the correct power supply cords. This will solve many issues, particularly those that crop up when installing a new motherboard for the first time.

If you still have problem with the MOBO, better contact the seller firstly, just in case it is still in warranty and you can move to the next steps.

Troubleshooting motherboards isn’t the easiest thing in the world, but it’s doable. Learning to handle them is an important skill for any PC builder, kindly check out these guides.

I have seemed to have it boot but my issue now is that it the fans sound like theyre"revving" up and then goes to full speed. In the BIOS the only fan speed I can see is on the back of the case and not the AIO radiator. I do have it plugged in the correct port on the mobo

@Eduardo Kho Jr. You're probably looking at an issue of power supply. You can try a different wall outlet and plug into it, then try to boot your computer again.

@Eduardo Kho Jr.

The motherboard only has Integrated Graphics Processor- Intel® UHD Graphics support, not an actual integrated GPU.

Your CPU has the graphics integrated (Intel UHD 630 graphics) so it should provide video if there is no GPU card installed.

Just verifying that a system speaker is connected to the mobo. See p.1-21 of the user manual see "speaker" header pin connection

You need to get 1 beep to prove that it has passed POST.

If no beeps and the system speaker is connected properly it is not passing POST.

Try clearing the RTC RAM see p.1-11 in the manual

Are you getting the 1 beep signal then? If not then it is not passing POST (Power On Self test)

The CPU fan (see p.1-18) needs to be operating so maybe that's one reason. The CPU is getting too hot or there is no signal from the CPU fan and it shuts down.

Did you try clearing the BIOS with the RTC ram reset procedure, you didn't say?

What Q LED lights are on if any, on the motherboard - see p.1-13
