Change NAND when reader can't extract info

Hi!

I have an iPhone 8 with a corrupt nand ic. I have removed the nand and plugged it in my JC Pro1000S. The reader detects nand but is stuck at “loading… 100%”

Is there anyway to extrect the info i need to nand from the board so i manually can type it to the new IC?

Yes there is but not with the JC pro you are using.

1. The Magico box. This will read SYSCFG from a dead NAND. Than use your JC Pro to write it.

2. Order a GSX report for your phone. This can be costly and can take some time.

@mexii It must be just up to the 7. I don’t suppose you can get hold of an IP box mini although that requires the NAND to still be on the phone but it can read the bottom layer which is where the SYSCFG is. I am not sure if it will read a non-readable one though. I had this problem a couple of years ago and gambled on the sim tray IMEI to be correct. I ordered a GSX report which gave me the rest of the info to write to a new NAND.

@mexii MLB is main logic board I don’t know about MD but could be modem. I am not sure which serial number MLB would be it is not the phones serial number. I have an example from my SYSCFG file.

syscfg add SrNm C6KVD3C7JC5R

syscfg add MLB# C7H748200CUHPJ9A9
