How do I reset my email address. I have a RCA VIKING PRO. I RESET IT BACK TO FACTORY, BUT IT will not allow me to change my email address so I can get into it. I enter my previous email, phone number nothing. Keeps saying no Google account. What do I need to do? Thank you.

@wally0731 I am not clear what you are doing from the above. Are you trying to use your original google login and password, or to create a new google login and password? If you don’t remember your original account information naturally it won’t work.
