Won't work on my tv

I have a TV with only 1 HDMI. I plugged it in to the ps4 and it doesn't show up on the screen at all. I checked the HDMI cable and it is OK because it worked on my other TV just fine. I restarted the ps4, I unplugged, read comments on trouble shooting and it still won’t work . I tried everything and still no results. Need help? Thanks

Hi,

Bit confused as you say "I checked the HDMI cable and it is OK because it worked on my other TV just fine". Does this mean that the PS4 worked OK on the other TV or just that the HDMI cable worked OK?

Does the PS4 work on the other TV, you didn't specify?

Have you tried connecting another device e.g. a dvd player to the first TV to see if it works when using HDMI? Not sure if the HDMI is working in the first TV but maybe just not with the PS4.

What is the make and model number of the TV?
