Leaking water from bottom whether is on and off
Black and Decker house iron , leaking water from bottom whether is on or off when up right positions when not using ( maybe crack internally/water tank/water system)?

What is the model number of the iron?
You may have to dis-assemble it to see where the leak is and whether or not it can be easily repaired. For example it may be a faulty gasket rather than a split in the tank

Sometimes you cannot get a gasket. High temp RTV could be very helpful.
