My Samsum refrigerator side by side make good ice cubes and water from the line comes good but dont drop the ice cubes, just when you push the reset buttom please can you help me ? Also the temp is below zero and we all reasy replace the ice maker and the main board and still making the same.

Gloria Senior, this sounds like a dispenser issue. You should have post your question as a new question instead of a comment.
If it’s making ice but when you try to get ice in your cup and nothing happens, the problem is in the dispenser. Do you get water to dispense into your cup? When you try to get ice to dispense into your cup do you hear anything?
