I have a KitchenAid refrigerator KRMF706ESS01 ice maker don’t make ice and wherever ice was for week ago start melting and food star get wat milk food go bad we check it and can’t find why any help please will appreciate this is only on top bottom freezer is ok and middle draw is cold is just on top side and ice maker

Jessica, sounds like the evaporator fan that blows cold air from freezer into the fresh food Sexton is to blowing or the defrost circuit has an issue. Have you noticed any frost or ice build up on the back wall or anywhere in the freezer or refrigerator? Do you hear fans running?
