Turn off by it self,and won't turn on.
When use the mac for half a hour,it will turn off by itself, and should waiting for one hour or more,can turn it on.

Sounds like something is overheating and shutting you down. Take the cover off and observe the diagnostic LEDs to the right of the RAM slots (this may be covered by a piece of black electrical tape). Jason may be right about the power supply, if so none or just the first LED will remain on after it shuts down.

It's hard to say based on the info you have provided, but I think you need to replace the Power Supply. You should do all of the normal tests such as resetting the SMC/SMU, reset the PRAM, and remove and reseat/replace the RAM. HTH. :)`

At first ,i thought it will be overheating,after i checked everything,no overheating.and today i checked the power supply, that has problem.thank you everybody.
