Name of a component

Good evening,

after changing the screen of an iphone8 I noticed that the battery charge was stuck at 0% ,but the phone would stay on even when the recharge cable was disconnected for more than 2 hours. After an inspection of the motherboard I noticed that there was a missing component. Unfortunately my boardview doens’ t provide the name of the component. Do someone of you guys know it ?It is the one circled in white
