System won't turn on
Laptop won't turn on, the charger green indicator is On and the sleep indicator light is On.

Remove the battery and AC charger. Press and hold the power on button for 10 seconds. Replace the battery and AC and give it a try. Let us know your results, any sounds, any tones, beeps or lights?

Try starting from your system installation disk. "C" key next zap the PRAM, command, option, P & R keys, hit start while holding these four keys, wait for it to tone three times.
Pull the hard drive and see if it will start from just your system installation disk.

When you press the power button what happens? Is there any sound? DVD drive? HDD spinning up?

Mayer, I follow your instructions and I still get the same results, system wont boot up, the sleep indicator light comes On, but I hear something spinning, which should be the hard drive.
