Maytag fills, but won’t spin or drain.

Maytag LAT7304 model. Fills and then sits. The timer continues to click and move until it finishes, but it never spins or drains. I have replaced the lid switch components, checked the pump for clogs and confirmed the motor works by starting it with an external power source. The belts turn the agitator and the pump.

any advice on where to look next is much appreciated!
