Why is the horizontal lines
I recently bought a Mac book pro and a glass screen protector and after horizontal lines appeared Blue and pink is that normal will this damage my screen

Remove the protector! It is not needed and the distortion it creates is not helpful.

U still think there is a display defect
No! You failed to tell us in your first posting you had a screen protector on the display. The MacBook Pro's don't have much space between the closed lid and the keyboard so I really don't recommend using any screen protectors.
What you where seeing is what we called a Moiré effect. Here the gap between the display and the cover glass has enough moisture to alter the space between the two plates of glass which causes this.
When you first posted your Q, you can also see this effect when the gap between the two plates of glass that make the LCD panel its self have been poorly aligned which is why I first stated you need to get to Apple to get your display replaced under warranty.
Adding stuff to your system has consequences... Don't!
