Why is Freezer cooling but refrigerator no getting cold enough?

Freezer is cooling fine. I defrosted it- thought might be the issue. Fan is working fine ~ tested w/door open via magnet on door closer to turn it on; air blowing into freezer. Took cover off of coils and they have a bit of frost on them- that ok? Have pic. Drain hole clear~ added a copper wire to keep drain hole open. Managed to get rid of 22 E reading. Prior to rechecking everything, freezer did drop-to -2?!?  So far fridge doesn’t go below 55°F. Is there some other fan, etc. not blowing or conveying cold air over to the fridge?
