one port typc c left side down not work and not charch

Hello I have problem with left side type c port one of them (left side down) not working and not charging,

other port (left side up) working and charging but with os message say using much power and thunderbolt left side proximity 70° c

what is problem

is it only cd3215c00 or/and jhl6540

i try to replace type c connector but same problem
