System is restarting and freezing.

Hello,

I have a 2017 13” MacBook Pro A1708. It was restarting and freezing. I looked it I figure it out that the fan doesn’t work. Then I disconnected battery and checked once again then it was working for a few seconds and It didn’t start again.

Then I changed the fan and got same result. Is there anything can I do to fix my system?
