Flashing screen when turned on
When I turn my tv on it blinks for about 10 mins before working I can hear it soon as it's on just like strobe light for the first 10 mins any idea what could be wrong ? I have unplugged it disconnected everything already

Is the audio working OK when the screen is blinking?

PA650 Yes the audio comes on straight away

Sorry I can't help you. I don't know too much about plasma TVs and looking at the service manual it appears that you need proprietary software to test the modules.
It does seems to be a power issue to the screen but whether this is the power supply or the screen itself I don't know.
Hopefully someone else may have the answer
