Tried several test.
Checked Va and Vs is running as labelled. Therefore there should not be any fault with power supply board.
Checked connection and fuse.
Anyone can advise what does the these 4-5 times blink codes mean?

Here’s a image of the Protect mode troubleshooting flowchart taken from the TV’s service manual.
There’s no information in the manual as to what the blink error codes mean so this may be as good a place to start as any.
