The third digit is sometimes missing segments, and not always the same ones. Ribbon cable? Display itself? Is there any guidance online for fixing this?
Yaesu will repair it, follow instructions on their website. Reasonable prices. Had finals replaced in an FT450D and cost me around 150 parts and labor.
