Whirlpool Cabrio dryer beeps when hitting start button but won’t start

I have a Whirlpool Cabrio model # WED8500DC3 front load dryer. Everything on it worked except there was no heat. We discovered that the power cord was fried so we replaced the power cord & terminal block. Now all the buttons work except when you press start it just beeps twice but the dryer won’t start. I’m wondering if either the power cord or terminal block could be incorrectly installed? Could it be this or what else could it be?
