Will not power on

Has power to board… have trouble shot to that point. Electric to outlet, ok. Electric to machine, ok. Still will not power on when power button touched. When reset (unplugged for 5+min and replugged in). There is a green blinking led on panel with an audible click. I am assuming to inform of some error .. maybe a control panel board error? Maytag service manuals are hot trash… if anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
