Making weird fan noise but works fine?It had sticky kiwi liquid inside

I took the kiwi liquid out by tilting it over night and the next morning I tried it and it turned on but making weird noises. The xbox works fine but im afraid the xbox will mess up bad or explode or something. The noises go low but at some point it does really high and then back low over and over again . theres kiwi sticky stuff on the holes it could be that? some1 help
