Headset buzzing when I connect it to my controller

I don’t know if someone has lately been through this, but i request some help

Since i bought a new batteries it suppose to work well, but suddenly when i use my Xbox Controller with my headset it start to buzz and become annoying

This never happened to me when i played wired but i tried switching to wireless and it start to buzz the mic (Mic switch is off) which it broke my brain, since it should be happening while is wired or charging but not in wireless. I appreciate every help, thx :)
