diagnostic showing problem A 45W power adapter is connected...

ok so I just run a diagnostic test after my macbook got repaired and it is showing me the error.

A 45W power adapter is connected, The system requires a 60w power adapter to charge properly.

But the problem is there is no adapter connected at the moment. Because I am not able to find my adapter and the battery is 19% when I run the diagnostic test.

So is the error there because of low battery ? or should I be worried because I have not connected an adapter and it is showing me that I have connected an adapter of 45W.
