I tried to fix my Ps4 using the methods and recommendation that I see like cleaning the lens, Tap the top of the ps4 where I insert my disk, positioning it sideways or vertically, reinstalling system software in safe mode, replacing the disc drive and I.C, but non of this work to fix my ps4, Do you have any other recommendation or any solution that may help.
If other disks are recognised, it may be your disk. Check your disk for scratches and dust. Try it in a different PS4.
If it doesn’t recognise any disk, still check at least one of them in another PS4. If they work fine in a different PS4, then it is entirely possible that your drive has failed. You can try patting the PS4 and talking nicely to it, or whatever else well meaning people may have suggested to you, but the quickest way to get your game on is to replace the drive. Check out the Sony PS4 web site for how to do that, and buy your drive from a dealer with a reputation to protect. Only buy a second hand or reconditioned drive if you enjoy how things are now.
