No heating - replaced fuses, thermostat, heating element works

Model Whirlpool WED4800 - Dryer spins but there is no heating.

Replaced 4 pieces: fuses/thermostat/high limit - they all have continuity

Heating element has continuity and 9 ohms

Thermostat (medium/high/low temperature) seems working, showing the right omhs when switched between levels.

Checked that timer is working when set on regular drying (e.g. A and C have continuity).

There is continuity all the way from the timer Black voltage cable to one of the red cable connectors to the heating element.

What else am I missing?
