Have you tried another compatible charger/charger cord or connected the phone to a known working USB port in a computer, in case the charger (or charger cord) is faulty?
Here’s a link that may help. It seems to have helped a of of others. Galaxy s3 usb port not working?.
If that doesn’t work use a strong light and a magnifying glass and visually inspect the USB charge port enclosure for any lint etc that may be trapped in there preventing a good electrical connection. Also check that all the pins are there (5) and that they are not bent or broken and that they are straight and parallel with each other.
If it seems that something is there that shouldn’t be, do not use a metal pin or probe to try and remove it as you may damage the pins or cause electrical problems in the phone. Use a vacuum cleaner instead to try and suck it out. If it still won’t budge then try using a sharpened wooden toothpick to gently prise it out.
If the USB port seems OK then try the following:
Connect the charger cord to the phone but do not connect the charger itself to anything!
Grab hold of the phone firmly in one hand and then grabbing the inserted plug of the charger cord by the other hand try gently to move it up and down and side to side to detect any movement in the USB port.
If there is movement felt or even not then the phone needs to be opened and the USB port further inspected.

If the port is loose or damaged and it needs to be replaced here is how to do this. Replacement USB connectors are available online. Just search for Galaxy S3 USB connector to get results for suppliers that suit you.
If all this seems too daunting, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote.

Hi @jayeff , I’ve tried other chargers but it’s the same things.
Then you'll have to try what else I suggested needs to be done. You have got to eliminate all the possible causes why the phone might not be charging.
It may be that there is a problem on the systemboard with the charging circuit and it is nothing to do with the USB port but you have to eliminate it first as it is the most obvious point of failure, dirt, mechanical action of plugging and unplugging cord, all can affect the USB port while the systemboard is safe as it is not being handled although it still can be affected if the phone has been dropped or gotten wet.
@jayeff If I connect an original samsung usb charging cable it charges slowly.
Do you mean the original cable or charger and cable?
The charger is a 2A charger (i think) so how long does the battery last if you fully charge it?
If not long maybe the battery needs replacing.
How old is the battery?
