mic only works when connected to bletooth

Hi my Samsung J3 pro ( SM-J330G ) mic is only working for calls if its connected to bluetooth device.

No one can hear me in a call unless im connected to a bluetooth speaker ect. Even if i try switch between speaker ph i can hear them but nothing my way. The same goes for recording video ect , no sound .

Ive done the full factory reset , tryed starting in safe mode but still does not work.

Its impossible for me to be connected to some type of bluetooh audio everywher i go an i have no idea how to fix this.

Any help would be much appreciated
