No Sound from Speaker or Earbud jack when undocked

Hi! Up until a few weeks ago my switch was working fine with sound, however as of a day or so ago, I can no longer hear anything through my speakers. I can still hear sound when I dock the switch, and it will come through the TV, however when I undock the switch, I am unable to hear anything. When I plug in earbuds, the switch registers them, and has the earbud emblem on the volume bar, however no actual sound comes out of the earbuds. Similarly, Regardless of how much I raise or lower the volume of the switch I cannot hear anything from the speakers. I’ve restarted the console, and tried the base steps of changing from mono to stereo etc, but can’t figure anything out.
