1 it wont turn on...
my windows vista will not turn on i charged it and whhen i turned it on it gave a dark green flash i heard the fan but the screen was black not bright at all so i turned the brightness up nothing happened so i hooked it up to my tv whith a pc cord turned it on and nothing happend

What is the make and model number of the computer in which Vista is the installed OS?
Can you hear the HDD spin up when first turning on the computer?
Look up the user manual for the computer to see how to enter BIOS and check if you get a display when trying to enter BIOS on startup.
